Weekly Qi Gong classes offered at Vashon PRAHM

Tai Chi/Qi Gong is an internal breathing exercise and works with specific meridians of the body to improve circulation and the flow of Qi (pronounced chee), cardiovascular strength, and the general health of the body's internal systems.

Offered every Friday morning from 9:00-9:50 at Vashon PRAHM, instructed by Jessica Bolding.
$8 drop-in fee.
